CHARACTERISTICS: Coriander reaches a height between 40 and 60 cm. It has erect stems, bright green leaves and white flowers that appear in the summer season. It has an intense aroma, something sweet.

CULINARY USES: The leaves of the coriander dress numerous Asian plates. They are very tasty in salads, sauces and stews. Due to its digestive and appetite stimulating characteristics, it is often used in infusions and herbal liqueurs. Cilantro is a rather dominant spice that must be combined with foundation. The best way to combine it is with other exotic aromas such as mint or cumin.
